Approved by the State Development and Reform Commission, Hunan Shaofeng No2 technical renovation project NSP clinker kiln cement production lines with daily output of 5000 tons involves a total investment of 461 million yuan. China Building Materials Group provided guarantees for bank loans and raised 60 million yuan for technological transformation for the project in order to prompt start of the project's construction.
