Abstract: The newly-built preheating and precalcining kiln by Xi’an Shunyu cement Co., Ltd adopts two-stage preheater technology with high solid and gas ratio shows the material passing freely in preheater. The exhaust outlet temperature of primary cyclone can reduce to 310 ℃ , thermal consumption per ton clinker is 3557 kJ/t, and the clinker production capacity reaches 25 t/h.
